Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, internal failures, prior repair attempts, liquid exposure, corrosion, structural weakness, or worn components not directly related to the authorized repair.
Repair Risks: Customer acknowledges that electronic device repair carries inherent risks. Despite professional care, repair may result in additional component failure, loss of water resistance, non-functioning biometric systems (Touch ID, Face ID, fingerprint sensors), camera issues, display calibration loss (True Tone), battery performance changes, software instability, or other unforeseen issues.
Water Resistance Notice: Any device opened for repair may lose original manufacturer water-resistance ratings. Mobile Phone Repair does not guarantee water resistance after service.
Parts Disclosure: Replacement parts may be new, aftermarket, refurbished, or OEM-equivalent unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer warranties may be voided by third-party repair.
Limitation of Liability: Mobile Phone Repair’s total liability for any claim related to service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair performed.
