No Guarantee of Data: Mobile Phone Repair is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or breach occurring before, during, or after service. Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to repair.

Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, internal failures, prior repair attempts, liquid exposure, corrosion, structural weakness, or worn components not directly related to the authorized repair.

Repair Risks: Customer acknowledges that electronic device repair carries inherent risks. Despite professional care, repair may result in additional component failure, loss of water resistance, non-functioning biometric systems (Touch ID, Face ID, fingerprint sensors), camera issues, display calibration loss (True Tone), battery performance changes, software instability, or other unforeseen issues.

Water Resistance Notice: Any device opened for repair may lose original manufacturer water-resistance ratings. Mobile Phone Repair does not guarantee water resistance after service.

Parts Disclosure: Replacement parts may be new, aftermarket, refurbished, or OEM-equivalent unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer warranties may be voided by third-party repair.

Limitation of Liability: Mobile Phone Repair’s total liability for any claim related to service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair performed.

Warranty coverage

All parts and labor All parts and labor are covered for 60 days against defects in workmanship or part failure under normal use.

Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, impact)
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Tampering, unauthorized repair, or device reopening
- Software issues, system updates, or viruses
- Customer misuse or neglect
- Normal wear and tear

Warranty applies only to the original repair performed and is non-transferable.

Customer responsibilities

Customer is responsible for backing up all personal data prior to service.

Customer must disclose known issues, prior repairs, or liquid exposure.

Customer agrees to remove security locks (Find My iPhone, Google Lock, etc.) if required for repair.

Customer agrees to provide necessary access credentials for diagnostics if applicable.

Mobile Phone Repair will not access personal data unless necessary for repair verification.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the authorized repair.

Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before proceeding.

Diagnostic fees may apply if repair is declined after evaluation.

Payment is due upon completion of repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or recycling to recover repair costs, where permitted by law.

Important Notice

By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges:

- They understand the inherent risks of electronic repair.
- They accept potential loss of manufacturer warranty.
- They release Mobile Phone Repair from liability beyond the cost of the repair.
- They agree to all terms outlined above.
