Eligible repairs include a limited 60-day warranty on parts we installed and labor we performed, under normal use. It does not cover new damage after the repair, unrelated issues, or unauthorized work.
Labor and diagnostics are generally non-refundable once work has started. Unused parts may be refundable before installation. We explain options before we begin.
Pricing and Estimates Pricing is based on the authorized repair. Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before proceeding. Diagnostic fees may apply if repair is declined after evaluation. Payment is due upon completion of repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Back up your data before service, remove passwords or provide access when needed, and share accurate device details. You are responsible for the device once it is returned.
Repairs can involve risk on already-damaged devices — including further failure, lost data, or parts that reveal other issues. We explain material risks before you approve the job.
